    Returns Policy

    RFC Information Required.

    Please ensure the following information is filled in your RFC document.

    • Part No & Description of item being returned.
    • Kapico Invoice No/Invoice Copy.
    • Reason for return

    Sale Return other than Warranty

    • Within 7 days from Kapico Invoice – No prior approval required on regular items stocked by Kapico except special buyouts. Just provide the details referred in point No.1 as above.
    • Send Your RFC document along with Goods in original packing to Kapico Warehouse. Contact 011-8704300 or email rfc@kapicosa.co.za if you need any assistance.
    • More than 7 days – Prior approval required from your Kapico Sales Consultant responsible for your account. Please contact your Sales Rep to obtain your Approval No and send to our warehouse. Stock rotation principle or Handling charges will apply.
    • Special buy outs – No RFC accepted.

    Warranty

    • Kapico Sales Consultant must be informed immediately after receiving a complaint from your Customer. We will organise help to assist you and your Customer to ensure a speedy and professional resolution.
    • On resolution, Kapico Sales will issue a Warranty Approval No. and arrange for replacement units or credit note for the original invoice value.
    • Warranty replacement will cover cost of the goods sold at original invoice value. Labour / other incidental expenses will not be reimbursed.

    Warehouse acknowledgement

    Kapico Warehouse will acknowledge the receipt of returned goods immediately upon receipt of returned goods. Please ensure you get the acknowledgement copy. This acknowledgement is to confirm the receipt of returned goods only and does not constitute acceptance of RFC. Goods will be verified, and acceptance / discrepancy will be communicated.

    Credit Notes

    Kapico Accounts will ensure credit notes are sent to you within 15 days from date of receipt of Goods. Contact 011- 8704300 or email creditcontrol@kapicosa.co.za if any assistance is required.

    Packing, Missing Items & Damages

    On Sale returns other than warranty, original packing must be in reasonably good condition and reusable. Damage or alteration while fitting, returning with missing items (hardware, washer etc), damaged packing or any other reason that will render the product not resalable in its original form will lead to rejection of RFC. Kapico reserves right to not to accept such RFC or charge 10% handling charges based on merit.
